A short animation demonstrating how the mouse wheel controls the number of LEDs that are lit.

	The mouse wheel is used to adjust the number of LEDs that are lit.
	Moving the wheel forward increases the number of LEDs that are lit.
	Moving the wheel backwards decreases the number of LEDs.
	The number of LEDs that are lit can be adjusted anywhere from 1 to all 40 LEDs.
	Each wheel increment adds or subtracts one LED.
